What is your process for finding top caregivers?Every match begins with a discovery call. During the discovery process, our CEO and your designated matchmaker will dive into your family needs including but not limited to: your family values, family dynamic, your chid(ren) and their specific needs, and everything that makes your family unique and special. From there, your matchmaker will use a toolkit of software, networks, and sourcing techniques to reach out to a wide variety of candidates, funneling down to the very best fit for your family and present the finalists.

What happens when finalists are identified?Your matchmaker will present 2-3 candidates for you to interview. Our recommended process includes a video interview to start, followed by an in person meeting with your family, and an option for a meet and greet with your child(ren).

We found our caregiver! What next?Our Client Success team will run thorough background checks and in house references to ensure the upmost safety and security for your family, ensuring you are hiring a trusted caregiver.

How does the training process work?Once the background checks and references are completed and uphold the highest standards of Harley’s Angels, we enroll your selected caregiver in a week long training program to ensure your caregiver is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and childhood development mentality necessary to ensure optimal success and retention. What if something happens and my caregiver doesn't work out?We are backed with a 90-day perfect fit guarantee and are deeply invested in finding the perfect match. If for any reason, it is not a perfect fit within the initial 90-day period, we will repeat the search and training process at no additional cost

Will I have continued support throughout the process?Certainly! You're making an investment in your child's future by entrusting Harley's Angels with their care. Throughout the process, you'll have a dedicated Client Success contact who will continue to stay in touch after placement to ensure a seamless experience.
